If you like your things to constanly be broken and mold issues, then I would recommend this place. Office staff is rude. It takes forever for things to be fixed. We have literally had a circle that says leak writen with a sharpie

Unfortunately i live here too and my damn AC goes out every week and management is too damn cheap to hire a real technician and prefer to have their lazy maintenance guys “fix” it; stay away from this place. Rent is high and service is s**t

I can assure you, maintenance is, in no way, lazy. They would love to give everyone new units, but unfortunately, have to get approval for everything as well. Not to mention, there are over 250 units there and 2 maintenance guys who do their best to fix every problem every single resident has, make sure they have the supplies, tools, and equipment for each, plus take care of grounds (yes...the residents constantly throw their trash in yards and parking lots....maintenance MUST pick all this up every single day! If you want/need more time spent on repairing and maintaining-STOP LITTERING so it doesnt take them 2 hrs every morning to pick up YOUR MESS) On top of that, they are also renovating every single vacant unit. Many of which have been left in horrible condition. They care about the buildings as a whole...and as a home the same as you do...because they also live there.
