Terrible communication!!! We brought our seadoo jetski here two weeks ago and we had to keep calling to get updates, instead of them calling us as they said they would. We didn’t hear back after our last call so we finally said screw it and came to pick it up whether the water testing was done or not. Thankfully it was and apparently works fine now, but we would have never known because they didn’t call us to tell us it was ready! Overall frustrating experience.

I recently purchased a brand new 255 FSH Sport boat and after 3 weeks on the water it began having issues. One of the engines wouldn't turn on and a warning came on alerting me to take it to the service center. The boat being brand new and under a full 5 year warranty, I assumed they would fix the issue and I could be on my way. After calling their office I was instructed to leave the boat at the repair center, I called 2 weeks later to find out how things were progressing. They had no idea about the boat and told me it wasn't there, eventually they located it on the lot and blamed me for following the instructions from the service center. After another 2 weeks they were able to inspect the boat and let me know the warning was just a service warning and it needed an oil change. I was surprised given the engine had completely failed and it being on the water such a short period of time that the only issue was the oil change. They informed me it wasn't covered and would instead cost almost $400 to get the oil changed. I reluctantly agreed and after calling 2 weeks later to check in they let me know that it was ready to pickup. Upon arriving they had doubled the price and chalked it up as a mistaken quote. Even though they made the mistake and the boat was just purchased from the same dealership, they could care less. If I wanted the boat back I had to pay almost $800, eventually the lead service manager knocked about $100 off but I was left with no choice. He explicitly told the service associate, who was great, either I never get the boat back or pay this amount of money that I never agreed to. They seem happy to take customers money at every opportunity including to cover for their own mistakes. Do yourself a favor and buy from any other place you can unless you're prepared to spend thousands of dollars you never agreed to along the way.
