Where Google marks the trailhead is a tiny lot that can occasionally fill. But it really continues on to Elk Township Park which has tons of parking. You'll pass some people but I've not seen the trail overcrowded.
There's always places to park at the park. Some areas closer to the trail than others. I wouldn't say that the trail is ever busy, but people do come down the trail on horses and bikes occasionally.
