It's a dirt trail. Often traveled by runners and cyclists. There is some rough terrain in parts with stones sticking up from the ground. Generally uneven, with large muddy puddles in the rain. Getting a wheelchair through it, for example, would be very difficult. Was once attacked by an aggressive insect, but was able to sprint away. May not be possible for your guests. I'll be honest: take the time to hike it yourself, first. You'll know from that if it's the right fit for your group.
It truly depends on how differe abled they are. I used my rollator walker. The trails are dirt and gravel. Very difficult to walk with that, but I was able to do it. The trail is straight and the only walkway that cut around, was around by the "Swamp". It's a beautiful water area to rest and reflect. No benches or anything, so perhaps a couple blankets for them to sit on. The trail is 10.1 miles total. You can walk only as much as you want and then turn back around. It's lined by trees on both sides.
