Nice little farm trail that leads to a waterway that you can walk through. Nice for drone shots, walking and biking. Some of the trails go a good length away

We've been here a few times and most recently took my 6 yo son. It's an easy shaded ride with lots of fresh air and hidden wildlife.

Long, flat, running/biking trail on cinders and bare dirt so it's easy on the joints. It's a good run with relatively few road crossings. Sometimes the trail is wet and puddly the day after a rain in some of the low lying areas. Please pack out any trash, there are trash cans at the Elmer end of the trail.

πΊIt remind me of California. It was so beautiful, just beautiful place. I will continue to do this. Trail as long as I can. Some other Californians were on the trail. I met some other really beautiful people there.ππβπ¦ΊπΊπΊππ½

It's a dirt trail. Often traveled by runners and cyclists. There is some rough terrain in parts with stones sticking up from the ground. Generally uneven, with large muddy puddles in the rain. Getting a wheelchair through it, for example, would be very difficult. Was once attacked by an aggressive insect, but was able to sprint away. May not be possible for your guests. I'll be honest: take the time to hike it yourself, first. You'll know from that if it's the right fit for your group.
Not sure, path is certainly wide enough, nothing states no golf carts, sign does say no motorized vehicles. Don't really know if anyone checks, you could probably go for short walk, ride without problems.
Dirt bikes are not allowed but bikes are
Where Google marks the trailhead is a tiny lot that can occasionally fill. But it really continues on to Elk Township Park which has tons of parking. You'll pass some people but I've not seen the trail overcrowded.
There is no bike trail, but you can feel free to ride your bike on the trail! It does get a little bumpy in certain parts so be cautious
There are some at the soccer fields at the very beginning of the trail, by aura school. None along the way
