Yes it’s dog friendly. You can take your dog on the beach from about October to March, not during summer.
The guidelines during the summer are no pets on the beach or state parks which Corson is included. I think only after Oct 1. Google search will give you all the guidance.
There are signs at 60th street beach, which is part of the park that states no pets allowed. Not sure about the other park trails
