Good boat ramp but... time your day, low tide is not a good time to take your boat out/in, short end of ramp with a high trailer makes it tough.

Tonight is Night in Venice and you may have to park by the soccer field.
According to OCNJ Daily, hours are 8 am to 4 pm Mon through Thu and 7 am to 7 pm Fri, Sat & Sun.
