I guess the question I'm asking is why don't you take to go orders? That's NOT good customer service If I can't get it to go I damn well won't be eating there when I do have time.

If they gave it to you to go you wouldn't be eating there anyway. Glad you're not sitting next to me ruining the atmosphere. Hey, how about just order a pizza from somewhere, they usually even deliver.

Then you are missing out on the entire restaurant expirence. As food fresh on a plate is always 100 times better than soggy cold food from a box.

Good Afternoon Marie, We would like to apologize that we were unable to fulfill your to go order. Like many other businesses we are presently extremely short staffed. We had to make the difficult decision with our present staffing situation to temporarily halt to go orders when the kitchen is maxed out with dine in orders. We realize that this is in no way a ideal solution. Ideally we would have plenty of staff to accommodate both dine in and to go orders the entire time we are open as we have for the past 25+ years. Unfortunately that is not the present reality. Once again, our sincere apologies.
