Call them

Our cat adoption facility is manned by all volunteers and no one is there during the day. We do not have the resources to take in feral cats. Your best option would be to get a trap from animal control and possibly trap the cats and get them fixed and treated and hopefully released back into your property or to take them to animal control. They do have some resources for taking ferals as they are fully funded by the county and have more resources available to them.
