Terrible service. My phone was still under Samsung warranty so after I called Samsung and got a work order number I took the phone for repairs and was told that because of a small barely noticeable scratch on the screen that had absolutely nothing to do with problem they refused to fix it. Terrible management and I will never deal with these people again

Took my phone here as it was under warranty with Samsung but they said they couldn't fix it because it had a small scratch on it. So I shipped it to Samsung and they fixed for free. So if you have any scratch on your device they won't fix it under warrenty.

Stopped in and out within just a few minutes! Customer service was AWESOME! Much much cheaper rates than anywhere else I went this weekend to have my wife’s phone fixed. 110% recommend this place. Really nice, fast and genuine. Great experience!

We are happy to take a look at it for you. We offer a free diagnostic service to all of our customers. It’s a part is necessary, we can probably get it in tomorrow. Usually these kind of repairs cost around $100. I will also say that many times we were able to fix this problem for free. Come on in at your convenience will get your phone looked at.
Call the store and ask. They are very reasonable and helpful.
