Yes, I tried it at the South Park location. When I went to pick it up, they had no record of my order and asked if I was in the correct location. I showed them my confirmation email which clearly said it was for their location. I have been in twice since the remodel and asked two people if I could scan their app coupons on the kiosk (I did not see a scanner as they now have at the counter). Neither employee knew if one could scan at the kiosk so I just ordered at the counter. I have gone to this method instead of their online ordering as it was such a fail.
the one on South Park is doing renovations.so only drive-thru,as far as I know.no word on when re-opening
