I have a Kichler fan/light in my master bedroom ceiling at my apartment. At night the light or fan come on by itself. Who can I talk to to find out why this happens and how to fix it. Thank you

if a neighbor has a similar remote it can be turning yours on. They have dip switches so you can change the code on both remote and fan to something different.
