It is 3 and up. Usually parents accompany their child on the trampoline the entire time. There is also another portion available for younger kids at the facility. (The inflatable castles etc...) prior to paying, you must have your children's registered and ensure you sign the waiver. It's the first kiosk you see when you walk in.
I think it's 3 and up, but I'm not sure. With small children, you would probably want to jump with them. When it's crowded, it could be a little dangerous and scary for a small child. There are employees monitoring throughout. You have to sign a waiver when you get there, but I believe you can do it online as well. You have to buy special socks for $2. They can be used again at another time. I hope this helps.
