If I am a valued customer why do I have to bring in 2 forms of identification when I have been renting from Enterprise for years as well as a 200.00 deposit.

So if I schedule in advance a pick up and when I get there, change my mind to a upgrade because I don't like the car they schedule me for, it seen difficult to do!!... seem like they wanna give me that white compact car EVERYTIME

That's their New policy. Some years ago the deposit was cheaper and the process was a bit easier. Due to theft and fake identities they became a lil strict.
