Worthless, Allstate sent me there twice in the last month to pick up a vehicle from you. Twice, no vehicle available. Allegedly I am getting a vehicle on Monday, and of course price is higher than Allstate's quote. I am not in great hands. Incident occured 9/2, and I'll let you know if I am driving a vehicle on Monday. Nuts! Someone hit me. State Farm has never been neglectful in over 30 years.

So if I schedule in advance a pick up and when I get there, change my mind to a upgrade because I don't like the car they schedule me for, it seen difficult to do!!... seem like they wanna give me that white compact car EVERYTIME
