People are asking about the Salvation Army Red Shield, opening their doors for Cold Weather. If the temperature is below the 40 degree mark, the Salvation Army will open their doors for people coming off the street. There's a process just like other shelters. Making sure that the consumers who already living there are safe. People that are willing to come in out of the inclement and cold weather must adhere to the rules so that they will be allowed to come back.
