Bring it in and have the tool rental center look at it. They'll tell you your options from there.
Yes, at a cost. Unless the warranty is still in effect or you bought an extended warranty on it. Even then, it's sometimes a graduated warranty or your issues might not be covered as it can't be directly related to manufacture issues after 10 months of potential use. As a retailer, they may direct you to the manufacturer's customer service number or to keep you as a customer, replace it. Either way, just put it in the car and next time you're there, ask em and let us know what they did. Cheers & good luck.
