If you can upgrade the ram to at least 8gb bc your current motherboard allows it then I say yeah go ahead... If not look at upgrading your Mobo first then ram and cpu.
On Google Maps??? I mean - that's not exactly what this forum is intended for! I can say with certainty you should visit this retailer (Micro Center) for accurate answers to questions just like this. You'll also find plenty of parts, products, software, and professionals under their roof that can best advise you on that. Good luck, and hey- worth it or not, plenty of folks pay top dollar to refurb cars that were made years ago. Only you know if it's "worth" it to you!
I would agree that it is time to get a new one.
Not sure google maps is the right place for a question like this but nonetheless: you have more options than buying new or buying upgraded parts. Absolute cheapest option would be to buy a used computer that's newer than what you have now. New ssd / hd / processor would easily run north of $200 and not work as well as a 2-4 year old used computer which can be had for $200 if you look around a bit. That being said if you do want a new computer keep your eyes peeled for Microcenter's open box specials.
This is not the place for questions like this because Micro Center wilp not respond to them in the first place but no, it will be better to get a new system.
Look at the money you would spend and compare that to the cost of a new or higher level return. NOTE: I do get a refurbished one, always get the extended warranty..
I wouldn't upgrade the PC. I would go with new or refurbished. Microcenter has a great selection of new and refurbished PCs
Ssd , up the ram and windows 10 clean install..it will be like new
Not in my opinion. A computer that old needs a complete overhaul.
