Lowe's doesn't rent ladders. They deliver but the charge is $79 on most items but appliances and certain special items.
Lowe's doesn't carry scrubboards, neither do The Home Depot nor the Target. WalMart has them listed online, but I'm not sure if they keep them in stock at the store.
Yes , Lowe's will haul away grills, dishwashers, refrigerators, range, washer and dryers
