Why does the Wal-Mart people ring up a phone but not put it in the system that the phone was bought? We pate in cash for the phone. We bought 2, got 1 set up but they said we stole the other one

Best advice I could give you is to contact the general store manager about this issue and they should be able to explain why this happened or make the transaction right.

You can always bring a phone back to Walmart if you have the receipt
