They're either busy or not at the desk. Although some seem to think that life has gone back to usual, but it has not. Many businesses are running with an employee shortage. The best advice I can give, be patient and understand the situation or get in your transportation and take the risk of them having what you need. Well "Karen" Janice we are still running on limited hour and limited employees because of the pandemic or did you forget. Now if you leave you home and go you would see how thin the employees they have are stretched to their limit but still show up to serve inconsiderate pions like you "Karen"

There are times that I have not gotten through but they eventually answer sometimes you have to call four or five times
