Wow, Do you work there Frank? Yes they charge about 130 to do a whole diagnostic test. They do have to pay a tech to do the work... They also check eveything and do a great job... Good luck diy.... I would recommend them... Ask for Roger!
If you are going to get the car fixed there, its usually free. But if you are just going there for a diagnostic check, its 140 or more. For that just find a cheaper good mechanic. Also there are apps that give diagnostic codes. You can get your own obd 2 machine for about 75.00 dollars.
