I have never had a problem with anything I have bought at this store. I have had problems at eubank and edgewood stores. Never had any problems returning anything for a refund as long as I took a receipt
Well I disagree, it is not the worst Walmart , in my opinion it's actually one of the best stores I think. With every store purchase if you have the required documentation, you should not have a problem. Walmart staff has proticol, rules and regulations they have to follow. I actually purchased a laptop and it had a damaged screen and took it back with the receipt the next day and my money was put back into my account. If you paid cash I'm sure they give it back to you .
That's why I always go to Best Buy for all my electronic needs. My only suggestion is go to a different Walmart. Remember, you can return items to any store. Your situation really sucks, best of luck.
