the staff ... uff lacks polishing too much customer service, mostly they are not even slightly educated or professional and not to mention the kitchen area! Will they ever get better?

Those cashiers don't even know how to serve the customer I've been a few times and the cashiers never say hello, they turn their backs on you and keep talking with the other cashier, they never pay attention to the customer, they have a terrible education to be cashiers.

Also, in your ticket they never point out prices of each thing, you do not know if they are charging you more, which is the safest thing!
