I have to give them 2 stars for the fact that if even 1min late for delvery or pick they want to reschdule even when your the only driver there to del thats crazy

Can you deliver here earlier than scheduled (with approval from them of course) or are they strict about it?

With approval you can, not always strict but scheduling is done via twslot. If receiving is slow they never turn away freight, but..if dock is packed, ensure you have scheduled and arrived on time. Never hurts to call ahead and speak with transportation.
