Yes, the tables are spaced, the waitresses wear masks and they offer hand sanitizer at the door
If you mean the buildings being physically connected, I'm not sure. Fairview burned down and was rebuilt. I understand there was a ownership connection at one time but can't remember specifics. Hope that helps.
