We have the same issues, I've told them countless times they have gone down hill and the only thing keeping us coming is Dr. U because of the compassion and care he provides or we go to the Bartram location so much of the original staff is there now
If the same thing happens to us, but the care with my babies is so good that I prefer to wait a turn or use the telemedicine online to resolve the care
