Park need to be fix the wood that's on the ground coming up tripping hazard. Somebody child going get hurt very bad and we need trash cans place by the park over by building #7. And building 7 need to be pressure washed immediately and paint and some areas we need to have a community meeting to help keep our community clean and safe

We are pet friendly and have some exceptions for aggressive-breed dogs. You can see the list and any fees or deposits on our website, which is always up-to-date.
You'll have to call them or most likely go in and ask. It's income based as well as how many people to the household. Also rates change for apartments everywhere I believe every three months.
