Is there a chance I get a. Call or email to confirm my appointments cause every time I have one they never call to tell me what my time of the apt. I normally have to call and confirm always and never know my copays

My other dr.s they email it's not satisfied when u think u going to ,sis it takes 4ever to rescbedule

They used to call & confirm, but that was years ago. Guess things have changed.
