The memorial is free the museum u have to pay and depending on what time u go lines can be long for the museum
No cost but you can leave a donation for the upkeep and maintenance of the memorial. We did. It didn't feel right no to
Yes the memorial area is free. Depending how you going to get there. By underground/subway you need to go to the new world trade centre. You can walk through there to get to the memorial. Just asks most worker etc are very helpful.
