I don't think you have to schedule anything there.
Exactly. If you want to enter several museums or any of that stuff, I recommend the City Pass. There was a very long line when I got there but with the CP I could go in direclty. No line. Hope that helps.
Nothing. You can still get in. You may have to wait in line and it gets crowded in the afternoon.
I didn't see anyone asking. The monument is outside.
We had a 230 time to go in and no one questioned us as we go there early.
Don't worry, the time that people schedule is to control the flow of people . We got there earlier and no one even checked the time.
