What to do about people who reserve their spot especially at the hand ball from 7:30am until noon time? someone is putting tables and gives classes and dont let anyone else play at the hand ball area

That is a good response to your issue....

You'll have to speak to someone within that community board to address that situation. Some, not all, but some, think that it's their personal park, with no regards to others who would like to use the handball courts, playing field, playground, etc. I say, be pro active about this dilemma and find out what's going on.
