Hello. So you don't need to live in Westchester county to enter the pool? Also, I assume we need to bring a lock or purchase? Are there chairs or must you use your beach towel to lay on concrete by pool?

You definitely need a Westchester pass, didn't need to use lockers, outside coolers and food allowed. Beach chairs a must.
