Why has the food gotten skimpy? Spent $45 between dinner and ice cream. I got 1/2 a banana split when I paid for the whole thing. My roll was stale as though it had been sitting out on a counter for days. Just wondered what was going on??

My complaint was not about the wait but the quality of the food. I grew up w tropical treat it was not the first time I ate there. It is slipping.. Stale rolls, 1/2 a sundae for the price of a full sundae.. Really?!! Not good!

I love there food!!!! Always been more than pleased😊

Have had nothing but great service and food there..remember people it is made fresh while you wait , it ain't McDonald's where its sitting forever

I couldn't tell you. We thought ourselves that they were 'slipping'. And the wait time has gotten worse.And our bread was stale the last time we went.
