Difficult time to check in though I made reservations prior to my arrival, after 20 minutes the front desk eventually figured out her printing ms home do she could copy my drivers license. The hallway revealed a musty odor with dingy carpet. It’s obvious the the hotel lacks maintenance as evident by its poor condition. One of the beds I planned to use revealed dirty sheets, both hair and dirt. The top bedding Aldo appeared very dingy same as the room carpet. I called the front desk whereby she failed to offer another room simply stating she’d leave a note for the morning manager. While using the shower I discovered the first of two towels was also dirty though neatly folded. I would not recommend this stay based on the poor management with many other options in the nearby area.

I guess you get what you pay for. The stay was ok but I would probably choose someplace else to stay next time I am in town. The hotel smelled like smoke even though there is post no smoking. Kind of like when you try to cover the smell but it only makes it smell worse. There was still tooth paste in the sink. The shower floor is stained but it makes it look dirty. The bed was clean. The room was spacious (single king). Easy to control thermostat and the AC worked great for these 92+ degree days. There is all kinds of shopping and a wide variety of food in the area.

The office staff were exceptionally friendly and most helpful. Breakfast on the run was a definite NO GO. No coffee, fruit nor were the waffle makers up and running on Friday morning prior to 0730. The rooms were all no smoking on the first floor, the hall wreeked of cigarette smoke and so did our room. When I made my reservation I didn't know they had no elevator. I immediately called back and requested a room on the first floor. I was told that would be put in my reservation. Upon arrival, the auditor had us on the second floor. They changed it, but with a little hesitation. The beds were some type of foam. There were sink holes in them and the pillows were old with extra foam squares added. The room was dusty with a LOT of wear and stains on the furniture. The non skid tub was worn and slippery. Shower curtain was stained with mildew. Very quiet hotel, plenty of parking. Friendly and accommodating staff. Thought I got a deal on Hotels.com but really you get what you pay for.
