How is the facility equiped for adult parkour and ninja warrior activities and training?

Well equipped. They have a side room with general parkour equipment - boxes, bars, etc. And a large room with more specific ninja warrior type obstacles - salmon ladder, devil steps, floating boards, door knob grasp, carbo net and some other stuff.
