Good luck getting in touch with anyone to sign up. Web forms clearly end up no where, emails don't work, and no one picks up the phone.

This place has a lot of different varieties of climbing. All different kind of levels for small kids and beginner adults. You don't need to have a guide/ helper always, you can also do climbing by yourself. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The front desk girl gave us the proper information while checking us in. They have something extra for kids outside of the building. Trampoline and some upsticaI course. I recommend this facility without hesitation.

Yes
Mostly over 5.
It sounds as if you are sending your children to one of their camps. If so, you should receive a packet by hand or by email explaining everything they need. I recommend contacting High Exposure directly.
Yes, so long as you dont mind being around kids. The front room is designed for kid's parties. The room in the back has ninja warrior in the middle, so there will be kids in there as well. The outside of the back room has some really nice climbing walls. They dont use those walls for the kids parties. I was coming during the day, so the walls were very empty. My biggest problem was finding a climbing partner, though I bet that's easier on nights and weekends. They have several autobelays as well.
I agree with Etta. I have gone several times on various days and haven't had a wait.
5 years old is possible but some stuff is too challenging. 7 and up (to 50 or more) is great. There's a variety of activities with different skill levels.
I don't think so. It's $25 for 2 hours of the full facility. That's pretty fair for the variety of activities where you can climb, cross, jump, and swing! Plus you're challenging yourself and conquering fears aling tge way. We've also done the weekday, including Friday, nights from 8 to 10 when they close. That's only $10.
