I came into to Urgent Care for a rash on my arm. I was prescribed some cream for it (last month) no improvement. My question is do I have to pay another copay to come in and see the doctor again to get a referral to see a Dermatologist?

Unfortunately yes you will. An don't let them tell u that you don't have a co-pay because you do the last time I went and she told me I did not have a co-pay I got a bill in the mail for that visit.
