This is the most disorganized Zara I have ever been to! It might as well have been a Forever 21 with how things were just thrown around. The staff was unfriendly as well when asked for assistance. Do yourself a favor and go to the location at Perimeter Mall, you’ll have a much better and elevated experience!!!

Great store for variety of people. Lines will always make you put down the one expensive product you can find anywhere else for a cheaper price, because they're so long. Staff is horrible in every aspect, highly unmotivated, rude, and overall useless. Kids section is a parents worse nightmare.

Charged my card 8 times for one item I bought. The charges were made an hour after I left the store and multiple times since I left. Handling this with my bank. But def too scared to come back now after this
