They offer what they claim to be a 100% guarantee on all of their products. From what I understand, someone I know brought something back received the refund plus a replacement product. Realistically that's a 200% guarantee!
Best is to call now and speak with a manager. That person should tell you what to do. Write down time date and name as your reference.
