No. You do not. I don't know how much things have changed from 5 years ago, but you needed at least your ID. That was it. With all this "stuff" going on, things might be strict, but no, it does not cost you $$$, just your pride! Stay positive brotha, and use it as a stepping stone if you truly need it. I am in a much better place now thanks to Bethesda!
