You can't even get these people on the phone! They send out letters about your case, but there is no one to answer any questions that you may have. Worst governmental agency I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. If I could give negative stars, I would. And dont get me started about the Judge...despicable!!!

They get paid to sit in an office looking at their cellphones,this place is a joke, horrible customer service! You can be owned thousands of dollars in backup child support yet they don't enforce neither do they do anything! Smfh!

They over charged me for 10 years on support. Suspended my license. Now I can’t get a decent wage job. Almost all jobs require a valid license and a clean driving record. They took my money and didn’t even have to report how it was spent. Thieves!!! Do not have kids in Pennsylvania. They will put the father in a hole that will take years and years to get out of.
