PennDOT is closed on Saturday only when there is a public holiday such as the Columbus Day which was supposed to fall on October 8, 2018. (Coz Monday is closed) Norrnally, it is open 5 days a week: from Tuesday through Saturday; starting at 8.30 a.m, and closes at 4.15 p.m. It is closed on Mondays
