I truly believe they need to work on customer service skills with their employees. Most of the staff seems to be teenagers or fresh out of school. With that being said, not everyone is brought up on proper phone etiquette.
Where's the question? I get notified by Google, telling me someone needs an answer to a question about the McDonald's. And I get here and it's just some guy pissed off ranting about how they talk to him on the phone... So the short answer is the second week in January. I figure terrible answer for what isn't even a question
