We tried to get breakfast at HARDEE'S at 1616 EAST OHIO STREET CLINTON, MO, 64735 multiple times and they are always out of something and there is always a 10 minute wait on biscuits. Today we tried to order French toast sticks they were out. So I ordered a croissant with sausage. She then asked what meat. Repeated sausage. Then my husband ordered a biscuit. She then said she couldn’t hear us. Honestly the speaker is hard for us to hear the employee. Both times it felt like they just did not want anyone to order so we left. We went to McDonald’s across the street and it was crazy busy. I understand that it’s harder to get staff but McDonald’s is able to figure it out.

We waited at the drive thru window for 20 minutes, was not told to go park in a designated spot or pull forward so the other patrons could get their food in a timely manner. When we finally did get our food it was cold and the order was incorrect, you would think in the extended period of time the order was on the screen it would have been double checked if not triple checked. Short staffing can not be blamed for this because of my personal experience running two rushes with less than a full staff and still able to meet expectations where it concerned wait times and food quality, and everywhere is short staffed at the moment. There is a serious lack of training or care by staff that needs to be addressed.

The store is closed in the middle of the day. In the drive thru there was a paper sign stating cash only. When I sat at the speaker box for a few minutes I assumed the store may have some technical issue and pulled to the window. A young girl came to the window and rudely said “we’re closed”… I let her know there was another customer behind me at the speaker box, and she again rudely “well we’re closed” and shut the window. If you’re closed put up a sign and don’t be rude to customers. It’s not good customer service and not a good representation for the store.

Hello! I'm a supervisor at our Clinton location! I'm happy to hear of the good reviews! We've adopted a new technique of holding our meat in,pans in order to get your orders out more quickly! Maybe that has some reason to do with it! Come back soon!
They fill up their soda fountains with ice. The ice is transported via buckets to the fountains where it is stored for use. If the worm was frozen in the ice cube, there is practically nothing they could do to prevent that. That would take place inside a machine the crew works have no access too. I'd suggest taking it the GM to bring it to their attention so she can't go through the proper channels to get the funds needed for machine maintenance.
