Literally the most disgusting McDonalds I’ve been in. I’m assuming it was a rough day because the pictures in the other reviews don’t even compare. The trash cans were overflowing inside and in the parking lot, there was trash and food on the dining area floor, and a dirty mop bucket when you walked in by the trash that had dead flies in the top of the water. The floors looked like they hadn’t been mopped in weeks. The tables hadn’t been wiped down and there was a drink that was left on the floor that was spilled from a customer. I had to tell an employee about it before it was cleaned up. The McDoubles were so greasy and my nuggets tasted like they had been fried twice. The service was slow, but the employees were friendly at least, I’ll give them that! My husband used the restroom and there were empty energy drinks cans on top of the urinal. We drive through often, but will never stop by this McDonalds again.

I waited calmly and quietly for my meal for 30 minutes. It was busy, a holiday weekend, and everyone is short staffed right now. We watched several people that had waited shorter times than us get their food when bringing their wait time to management. So I went and also asked management why we were still waiting and why our number disappeared from the order screen. They refused to take our receipt to make our order like they had for multiple other people that had ordered after us. We again asked why it was taking so long and they only took our receipt. Then came with our cash in hand and told us to leave. I usually will give people the benefit of the doubt, and I really do understand that everyone is short staffed everywhere, but the blatant racism we saw today inside this McDonalds was a clear reflection of how people of Color are treated in Missouri. Every white person was served before my husband and I with a smile. Every interaction I watched with Black customers was short and rude.

Stop here about 10 times a year when I pass through. Fries are always good. This time the hamburgers and buns were a little burnt. First time in many years I have gotten bad food. Will try again next time I pass through.
