Uber, lift or walk it.
There are parking garages all over the city. You can always look for one close to the restaurant or further out. You will right in the middle of Times Square so traffic will be crazy.if you don't mind walking a bit I would recommend parking further out and walk. If not use Uber/lyft/taxi.
