Yes, but only in the evenings
Be aware that on Friday and Saturday nights they are currently closing that road so that restaurants can expand their outdoor seating. Because of there was no valet when we went. There is parking in the area but it's $20 unless you are lucky enough to find metered parking. Be prepared to walk a little. The food is absolutely worth the walk though.
Yes. And, if it's not too busy, they'll offer that you can park it yourself in their private lot- IF you want.
