I have been at Salted Slate many times and it never disappoints. The menu is carefully crafted and every dish is special. Today we went to have breakfast and we had ricotta pancakes and salmon eggs benedict. The pancakes were adorned by fresh fruit and were amazing. Egg benedict with salmon had capers and tiny sliced red onions. Our server Ryan was at the bar making crafted drink and it was fascinating watching him: I wanted to order every single drink he made but it was too early to start, especially after the last night party. Ryan was professional and fun, cool and composed, you can talk to him about anything and he was able to combine serving, crafting drinks and friendly talk. I wish we can go there every week. Instead, we go every other week! Bravo!
