What place would charge you more than double just for changing the drop off location especially since I was only driving 60 miles instead of 200 miles - BUDGET! And when I tried to drop it back off at the original place I picked it up from they were going to charge me another $200. Terrible customer service. Couldn’t talk to a supervisor! Don’t bother renting a vehicle from Budget!

Car had an awful cigarette smell, GPS didn’t work (although I payed for it). Staff was friendly but not a good car rental experience at all.

My spouse made a reservation for a rental at the 1 Dorrance st location online he paid with his debit card, they took the money but when he went to pick it up they said he needed a credit card but yet they took the money already. Bad Business never again

Once we found the place, the service was good. Staff was courteous and the car we received worked out well. Our confirmation email failed to inform us that the Budget office had closed and it was now combined with Avis. Our GPS misdirected us so we had some extra walking to do and we were lucky to find locals who helped redirect us to the Avis ( not Budget) car rental office.
